The mashed potatoes were not real like they've always been. They were cold and the gravy was bland and's did taste real either. And, they only have the pot roast and not the roast beef that I loved. There is a difference!
I was extremely disappointed with my recent order. Upon delivery, the DoorDash driver informed me that I was shorted on French fries, and after checking, it was clear that the portion was inadequate. To make matters worse, I did not receive any bread at all. DoorDash used to be my go-to app for food delivery, but the quality has declined significantly. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to send out an order that is incomplete and of such poor quality. I expect better service and accountability.
I was missing my biscuits first of all and then my bacon was so burnt that when I picked it up it crumbled in pieces in my hand and it also taste burnt.
Ordered a paid for a 1/2 gallon leonly received a quart. Also, meatloaf is terrible. Hard and dried up - inedible!!! Want refund
The apples weren't cooked all the way through

Country fried streak is gross
they didn't have tips adrlded more shrimp instead but they gave me a old cold order of shrimp and mixed it with a fresh order
I wouldnt get any coffees! They are barley full and just flat out water by the time rhu get to you! :(
