in general,my order was good. Two half dollar sized biscuits were different story. I tried pouring on my gravy to soften but no such luck. Pretty much ruined my meal. I remember big fluffy biscuits.what changed?
Pancakes were greasy and gooey, definitely not fully cooked.
You make selections and then they cook it any way they want! Biscuits can be used for hammers!! Use to be the best. Since the pandemic they are horrible!
Not a fan of the Chicken n' Dumplin Soup Cup. Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken missing the sauce over the top (ranch drizzle) meal incomplete. Hashbrown Casserole made up for the other shortfalls.
The food was cold and unseasoned. Pinto beans were cruncy, no sauce on meatloaf, and potatoes were stiff. Peach cobbler had no cinnamon.
The peach cobler was just Peaches no cobler, French Fries were cold, The Chicken n' Dumplins were mostly broth
The Cornbread was missing, Meatloaf was under cooked, and it took them over an hour to prepare our food. Ridiculous. My driver was fine. He came quickly after the food was ready.
My food was in a plastic cracker barrel bag, which does not have a flat bottom. I ordered greens, and they were turned sideways, and the liquid from them was all over the bag, which soaked the little paper bags that the cornbread muffins were in which disintegrated and the muffins were soaked with the liquid. I don't know why Cracker Barrel uses these bags because the food always gets turned sideways and things get all over the bag, making a huge mess. When I ordered, I kinda had forgotten about that.
