Water not delivered And they didn't let me know that they didn't have it. I ordered it for medical reasons the past three orders from Cracker Barrel have been messed up.

food is not cooked accurately and items were not prepared nor served according to the advertising. o butter for bread to which I requested all biscuits and no cornbread and I was given cornbread anyways...the country fried steak barely has gravy and the friend crust is still doughy..the soup was a half empty small container..I have pictures of the entire meal

Ordered meatloaf , mashed potatoes and corn. Meatloaf was ok the mashed potatoes were hard and dry like they've been sitting out a while and the corn had zero flavor . Very disappointed.

chocolate chip cookies are hard and cold. i thought it was fresh homemade cookies. i had to reheat food

Order was not correct when delivered. When called restaurant the manager didn't know his menu items very well. Got a replacement order that was different but not good as one piece of fried chicken smelled so bad that I had to throw it out in its own scented trash bag. So disappointed as I like Cracker Barrel.
