Steak was overcooked and tough to chew. Food was like warm

WELL, ONCE AGAIN I DIDNOT GET MY COKE OR SILVERWARE. EVERY TIME I ORDER, THERE IS SOMETHING MISSING YET I PAID FOR THE ITEM(S) NOT RECEIVED.
the country fried steak you could tell had been sitting and was over cooked and dry and I asked for a regular tea and was given lemon tea.
I didn't receive biscuits for my order, which was the exact reason why I ordered this particular breakfast. When I try to contact Cracker Barrel, they told me to contact you because everything had "been quality checked already". I'm not sure if I would order again because nobody's taking accountability 
Order 2 sirloin steak dinners didn't get one loaded bake potato missing one drink. And the steaks were supposed to be medium rare and they were well done and a lot of gristle.
No gravy for the chicken fried chicken & skimpy portions for $18!
I paid extra for a baked potato with butter, sour cream, and green onions. It was plain.
Grilled Chicken Tenders only got 5 small pieces I didn't get any biscuits
