We did not receive our entire order and then when we tried calling we sat on hold for about 20 minutes. We decided to wait and called back and same thing happened later. The catfish was mostly hard and no fish. The biscuits were good ?

The dish was unusual and the only taste was from the bacon and the pepper I added. The bacon was not on the eggs, there was very little sauce, which again had no taste, and the hash brown casserole was “gummy”. I was so excited to order this item because I love Cracker Barrel and “eggs Benedict”. Since this is the morning on first day of having this item on the menu, I have hopes that they will figure this out. One note: the eggs were perfect.

Missing syrup and a whole half gallon of tea from my order The food was the worst Ive ever had from any Cracker Barrel location. All items (Hasbrown Casserole, eggs, sausage) takes like they were made yesterday and re-heated

Chicken was not freshly cooked ,was greasy and dried out. Sweet potato was good as were the apples. I was disappointed.

This deserves no stars!! it was terrible! the hashbrowns were over cooked and soggy and the ham, sausage and bacon was like rubber.
