Didn't receive biscuits & cornbread. Dumplings were almost nonexistent in a plate of gravy. Very. disappointed.
The chicken was so oev cooked that there were pockets of grease inside. The cornbread was rock hard. Will not be ordering again.
eggs and bacon were not done
Almost everything was undercooked and cold including the hashbrown casserole and the eggs. The side containers are smaller and they aren't even filled half way. The food was thrown in the bag and you could tell they rushed the entire order because everything wasn't cooked properly except for the stuffed pancakes and sausage and was thrown around in the containers. Ham was tough as leather.
fresh berry French toast bake was much smaller than the photo and did not have cream cheese filling. the dumplings were mostly watery soup with hardly any dumplings and only 2 pieces of chicken... not at all what it's normally like when I order them. and the potatoes/fries/ocra/tots were all cold and soggy. oh and I ordered 2 different meals that each come with 2 biscuits (so 4 total), but they shorted us and only provided 2 biscuits. if we have to pay raised prices for the delivery app, they should at least provide full ser... read more
They forgot the dipping sauce for one meal and BOTH of the sides for another meal. All 3 meals were cold and the fried chicken was dry and tasted like it's been sitting around. The order was also late.
Although their food is usually pretty decent. I really didn't care for the sauce they used in their pot pie. It tasted almost like chicken gravy and processed chicken meat. Cant recommend this dish to anyone.
I'll never order from this particular Cracker Barrel again. At $5 each, the berry tea came with no ice at all & tasted terrible (I ordered 3). My baked potato had to have been baked a week ago, it wasn't edible. I ordered a loaded baked potato as well as loaded mashed potatoes, but only got the "loaded" part for one. I really regret spending $45. Lesson learned.
