I can't believe people actually order this cafeteria food. Everything was cold or luke warm at best. Meatloaf was dry, no ketchup on it. Brocolli was unseasoned. Chicken tenders were cold and dry. Dill pickle "ranch" tastes like tarter sauce. Cornbread cold and dry. Didn't receive plasticware either. $32 door dash order for $8 worth of food if that.
The fried chicken was incinerated to a crisp did not get right dessert the whole meal was terrible
Chicken and dumplings only had 4 pieces per side, apple butter was not included although requested. This was a father's day lunch which was upsetting
the sausage and hashbrowns were old
I did not get my biscuit and cornbread. This was the 2nd time it happened.
The egg in the basket is one of my favorites, but today it wasn't up to par. One was very undercooked the egg white was a little runny and the other was over hard and I had asked for over medium. I love Cracker Barrel but this mornings breakfast was a no for me and I won't be ordering from you guys for a awhile. Maybe your line people need to read the tickets more clearly or get trained again
I crave meatloaf sometimes, which is why I ordered it. Normally CB has tender and moist meatloaf. Not this time. Very dry like it's been sitting around all day. Very disappointed in the quality.
Paid 4 dollars for the Sausage n' Biscuit, and only received the sausage patty in a huge container. Did not come with the biscuit.
The dumplings seemed old and dry, like they had sat in the box a while
