Went there for breakfast on a Saturday morning and the food and service were outstanding. Our waitress, Christina took very good care of us and we were super happy to have her waiting on us. The food was quick, hot, and delicious. Would definitely come back to this location.
Server was super sweet, hash brown casserole was very hard on top and old, she then stated we closed at 9 kitchen may not cook more, she checked and they said no they wasn’t cooking more which is ok, that was around 7 something. I then ask Manager, y the kitchen serving old hard food, he replied oh it supposed to be hard on top and look like that, that is a lie I eat there all the time and it never be that hard and dry. Manager walked away like oh well. Disrespectful.
It was my first time at a Cracker Barrel location, and this was the best experience ever. I wasn't sure what to order, but the lady who helped me with my to-go order was super helpful. The ambiance when walking in was inviting and casual. It gave you a homey vibe. We ordered: 1. By far and large, the worst dining experience I've ever had. After waiting for around five minutes, the cashier got on the radio to call someone to the hostess desk even though there were three servers just sitting at the first table doing nothing that entire time. Ordered a plate for early dinner and a to-go order with biscuits for both. The entrees came out with the wrong plates, so I then had to wait for my to go order to be prepped so I could switch the entrees. Placed a curbside order. Order was prompt and correct, food was hot. The server was very pleasant and did a great job processing our large order with no errors.
