Server was super sweet, hash brown casserole was very hard on top and old, she then stated we closed at 9 kitchen may not cook more, she checked and they said no they wasn’t cooking more which is ok, that was around 7 something. I then ask Manager, y the kitchen serving old hard food, he replied oh it supposed to be hard on top and look like that, that is a lie I eat there all the time and it never be that hard and dry. Manager walked away like oh well. Disrespectful.
It was my first time at a Cracker Barrel location, and this was the best experience ever. I wasn't sure what to order, but the lady who helped me with my to-go order was super helpful. The ambiance when walking in was inviting and casual. It gave you a homey vibe. We ordered: 1. I’m not going to lie, the food this visit was not great and we waited forever. That said, the staff was outstanding and made sure that we were taken care of. They are definitely trying and will get it right. Restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was good.
Had the most wonderful experience today! Our server bri was excellent, very attentive and sweet. The food was quick and delicious. Highly recommend the chicken fried chicken. So glad to see things are running smoother here after the rough patch they went through!
My mom & I made the mistake of going here for dinner. The restaurant was nowhere near even half full when we were seated. We waited almost 30 minutes before a waitress asked us for our drink order. We continued to wait, but the drinks never came. After watching 2 other tables be seated (after us) and served (before us), we decided to leave. On the way out, my mom stopped the hostess to tell her and the hostess cut her off with "I know, I know!" and walked away.
