OldStyle Breakfast A good breakfast place when you are on a roadtrip, because you will find this restaurant chain most of the time on interstates and highways. The interior style is oldschool and southern. The only thing which I disliked so far here was the Biscuit and Gravy, but everything else was good.
Fried catfish is gooood My customer suggested this place for business lunch since Outback is closed for lunch. This Cracker Barrel is pretty large store. No wait for lunch seating. Menu is huge from breakfast to lunch to dinner. Fried catfish is excellent. Okra and steam vegetables are just right.
YUM The service was a bit slow but only because it was busy but the food was delicious and my kids loved the corn muffins.
Lovely place with great service We visit Cracker Barrel everytime we are in town, we love the home made tasting food, generous serving sizes and attentive service. We also enjoy the store very much, specially the discount section! It is extra nice during the winter with the hearth fire burning but it is nice any time of the year.
A little bit country I enjoy this place, mostly for the country feel. I am a Tennessee transplant now in Chicago. And as dorky as it seems, I enjoy eating here cause if feels a little bit "back home" plus the general store that is connected is pretty cool.
