They undercooked the rice by far. It was very crunchy and I couldn't even eat it. This was the second time I've gotten this dish and both times the rice was severely undercooked. Everything else was great though!
Took forever to make 2 Homestyle Grilled Chicken Salad. And forgot our extra ranch Good salad though
The macaroni was good. The steak fries were hard and the chicken wasn't cooked all the way. The portion size was good, just wasn't cooked thoroughly.
This was a last minute order but I got the most pathetic optionsod dumplings and fried apples ever. They should have contacted me and asked me if I wanted anything else instead. I got two bites of dumplings and maybe a half order of apples if that. Im not happy with this order at all since it cost me nearly 40.00.
French Toast was undercooked
 chicken was greasy and didn't get my gravy that came with the order and not very much mashed potatoes .
Ordered a few orders of Thick-Sliced Bacon and was only given 4 slices. Got the Shrimp n' Grits Skillet and there was no smoked sausage in it at all and the portion was so small it could barely be considered a meal.
When receiving our food in the bag it came completely sideways. There are no hash browns in the Bacon n’ Egg Hashbrown Casserole. We also ordered the iced pancake latte that we NEVER delivered. 1/10
