The mashed potatoes looked like they had sat for a while. Same with the dumplings. Everything there is so hit and miss anymore.
Order had several missing items, biscuits were very hard and dry and chicken had no taste!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!
The steak ordered medium rare was dry and no seasoning. Everything else was great.
The chicken tater like it was cooked 2 days prior to me ordering. I wont order free m them anymore
Cracker Barrel was neglectful in my order. They forgot my multiple sweet teas. Then when I called about it the manager was rude and hung up on me.
Evertime I order there's something missing from the kid's order. The cheeseburgers said they come with tater rounds and there wasn't any with the order
I received old dried reheated food.
