Food was cold. No utensils provided. Boxes bag horribly but the worst part was the mashed potatoes were hard and when I tried to mix them up, a piece of meat (roast beef???) was on the bottom which leads me to believe these potatoes were not fresh and possibly came from another customers plate. I ordered meatloaf. Avoid this Cracker Barrel.
everything was really good and cooked well but the steak tips were WAY overdone, fatty, and did not taste good. Pretty much inedible on both dishes which is a shame because the rest was tasty.
The steak tips were over cooked. Making them very difficult to chew and extremely salty. Meanwhile, the hash brown casserole still had raw potatoes and onions in it. Highly disappointed and not worth the price.

The one part that was still somewhat warm was the gravy - which was packaged in its own container - probably with the aim of preserving heat. The one thing that detracted for certain was the rationing of the hash-brown-casserole tots. Supposedly, a side is included, but these were also upcharged. So, why skimp on the portion size? Even at less than optimal temps, the food... read more
