my food was good my hash brown casserole was still raw tasting very disappointing... The rest of my meal was perfect and I do plan to purchase it again without the casserole as a side.
Portion was small. more like bread pudding than French toast. tasted good but was kinda hard. wouldn't order again
Meatloaf dinner bad ! Under cooked meatloaf, mashed potatoes stiff as glue ! This is probably 2nd or third time we've gotten bad service and quality. Done !
The bacon is NOT crispy and the eggs are pathetic
Second time in a row I've ordered meatloaf dinner and wasn't up to par . Bland tastes, hash brown casserole very bland . Only one piece of meatloaf and substituted small piece of cold chicken with mac & cheese .
The Buttermilk Biscuits (4)were terrible. The last three times the biscuits have been tarot. I think we are done with them.

Hash brown casserole was hard and tasteless, corn had zero flavor, onion petals were burnt, gravy tasted weird, okra was tasteless and soggy, The Best Classic Meatloaf was dry and lacked flavor. Very disappointed as we've ordered from here before and it's been great
