Ordered breakfast for myself and my toddler to split. I also ordered the iced coffee. The coffee was just tipping halfway full, and no straw. the food was burnt but not warm (sausage, eggs and French toast were all charred and cold) for the price, I would've expected more. It was edible, just wouldn't order again.
The chicken and Chicken n' Dumplins were tasteless and had clumps of dumplins that wee half cooked. Others were thin like noodles.
We were very disappointed in the southern fried chicken this time. The size of 2 pieces wasn't even the size that one piece for a $15.00 meal. Staff should've noticed that there was something different when they could fit the chicken and our side of fries in the same container. Because we order this meal weekly and sides never fit in the same container as the chicken and have never had this issue.
The biscuits tasted off. The worst part was the gravy containers were only half full. Not enough for 2 biscuits let alone 3.
I happen to love their Gravy n' Biscuits. The problem is they are constantly downsizing the amount of gravy that you get. You get 3 biscuits, but there is no longer enough gravy to cover them. It's even a stretch to cover 2. They need to go back to their normal size portion of gravy. I'm tired of having to order extra gravy.

Chicken Pot Pie did not have any chicken. The meatloaf was primarily grizzle.
They only sent half of our food. When I called & offered to come pick up the missing food - the manager, Craig, initially refused, wanting me to get a refund from DoorDash saying it was DoorDash's mistake.
shrimp was tough. okra was cold. sausage was burnt.
