the worst food I've had in a long time. every thing was cold and dry and over cooked, mashed potatoes tasted like they were made yesterday and reheated
The food was good but I had to wait 30 min past my pickup time.
Cracker Barrel employee left out an item that was paid for without calling to offer a substitute. Employee wrote "out !" next to the item and sent my order to the pickup line for Door Dash driver.
3rd time (& last) food was just bland & tasted like somebody dumped a can of mediocre veggies in a cup. mashed pot-no taste, turnips, bland (haven't u heard of ham hocks or?), pintos-bland. peach cobbler (see pic)-small cup (3.5"x2 3/8" high), not even full for $7.14!!
This is so ridiculous. Every single time we order from this place, we are missing items. Tonight I am missing almost a whole meal. I paid $20 for the Hashbrown Casserole Shepherd's Pie and all I got was potatoes and cheese. There's no meat, gravy, vegetables, sour cream. Also, the chocolate cake is normally twice the size of what we got tonight. I'm including pics of what the Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake looked like and what I got for the Hashbrown Casserole Shepherd's Pie
catfish,hushpuppies were hot,steak fries were cold and hard
we got 2 meals. the country fried steak was terrible, like it had been sitting there for 2 days. the hash town casserole was greasy. the apples weren't as good as usual. the hamburger steak was over cooked and dry. The bread, turnips and dumplings were fine. Overall, very disappointed. I won't order again.
i've ordered the same thing twice now, and the hashbrown caserole is always cold and mushy (even though everything else is fine), also the latte is ridiculously small. half of it was whipped cream.
Smoky Southern Grilled Chicken was burnt! Vegetable soup was ice cold as if it literally just came out if a fridge.
