This was the best Cracker Barrel we have ever eaten in, and we eat at a lot of Cracker Barrels. Catlin was our server. She is also a shift leader. Catlin was great, supper attentive and friendly. Our food was better than usual as well. To top it off, Olivia was our cashier (they say her job title is Retail Shift Leader) was a delight. I was so impressed that I asked to speak with the manager, who turned out to be Yvette, the shift leader. I asked if I could take a picture of them for this review.
Worst experience. Waited for 10 minutes to get seated before finally asking the two guys at checkout that were standing there doing nothing to get someone to seat us. There were about 12 tables seated in the dining area. When we were being seated there were many tables that weren’t bussed, a mess on the floor that we had to step around and food/utensils under tables. I travel a lot. Stopping at Cracker barrel is always a must for home cooked meals. I have visited your location several times. Food is always good. Service has been okay until recently. I got a new server her name is Lesa. She was a complete delight and a breath of fresh air. If all of your servers had her perky personality enjoyed their job the way she seem to . Your restaurant would stay packed. Lesa was by far one of the best waitresses I have ever had wait on me.
I have not been to a Cracker Barrel since my days in the Army 30 years ago. On a positive note, nothing has changed! Still the great Southern Charm, friendly waitress (McAnna in our case), generous portions, tasty Southern Cookin!
We always stop at a Cracker Barrel in our travels. Best stop on any route. Family friendly, gifts galore, and very safe for any travelers. The coffee is delicious, and the food is top notch. All servers are courteous and knowledgeable of the specials, always get a refill without asking. Thanks Cracker Barrel.
