Stopped by as we were traveling. Had one of their breakfast specials consisting of eggs, hash browns, and a meat. Food was about what you expect for a chain. The service was ok, but not top notch as she never came back by to see if everything was alright or if we needed anything else.
Went out for a bite to eat and do some Christmas shopping at Cracker Barrel. There were many sale priced items. We then went into the restaurant. The waitress was very friendly. The food came out to us in a timely manner.

I had breakfast with everything included and it was great. The rest of my family had the rainbow trout and they loved it. Very tasty fish along with very sweet carrots and mashed potatoes with gravey. The fish dinner was about $8.00, very reasonable.

I've been eating at these places for years, this one was no exception. I had lunch there with some co-workers. I ordered the house salad with chicken on top. It was really good. Also the chicken noodle soup was excellent. I would give it more stars if it wasn't such a huge franchise but i was pleased as always.
