I asked for fried able and got dumplings 😐 and the blueberry syrup was very watery.
Great food and great peach cobbler
The Roast Beef was decent. I'd been craving it, and it was fork tender. The Chicken n' Dumplins were okay but clumpy. Usually they are great. The pinto beans were terrible, cooked with no fat at all so flavorless. Absolutely won't get those again.
My Grilled Sirloin Steak* was so over cooked i ended up tossing it, even A1 steak sauce could not salvage it. I got biscuits instead of corn bread as requested and they ran out of broccoli and they were nice enough to call me and ask what I would like to replace it but didn't send me what I said i wanted. The Peach Cobbler was sent semi-frozen which was odd. i usually don't have a bad experience here, they must have been short staffed or having a really bad day
they didn't put any gravy on the chicken not really a big deal bc the meal comes with it as a side for the biscuits, otherwise the food was great as normal. the three stars is due to the bag not being sealed like it normally is
The food was so good especially the ham
Trout is always very good and order it whenever I'm at CB for dinner.
I had the chicken and dumplins and a bowl of pinto beans. Cracker Barrel never fails to provide a great tasting meal. I am a lifelong Cracker Barrel customer and love to eat there every chance I get. I also love their meatloaf dinner and their great breakfasts.
The food is great just with no gravy and not much food small servings . For the price I thought I will get a lot how they serve in the restaurant was disappointed
