The portions were smaller than they w have been in the restaurant which was certainly not how your normal meals are
The chicken overcooked and overcooked. Ordering delivery Cracker Barrel is always nasty.
Biscuits like rocks and no bacon
Dasher had to wait almost 40 min to pick up my food. Then when received multiple extras were never received and the Cow Boy steak breakfast....What a joke, this is the bottom of the barrel amount of "Steak" received. Over cooked, chewy and Cold!
I was a little disappointed with my meal, first the toast was so hard and was uneatable. I ordered scrambled eggs and in the photo you can clearly see was not scrambled. It will be a long time before I return. I feel the quality is in a slow decline. Hate to sayit but "CB." is not the same anymore!
Normally I love Cracker Barrel but the food seems to be going downhill. I ordered the Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast today and the sausage was completely raw inside. The country ham had some kind of weird taste. Not sure ill be ordering from there anymore
The chicken tenders were terrible! Way over cooked. Hard as rocks. Very little chicken with dried up coating. I couldn't even chew them. They left a note saying they ran out of chocolate cake. How do I get my money back for the cake??
Food is old and dry. Doesnt seem like they pack fresh food for delivery orders.
This is the second time in a row they you have messed up my order. This time you didn't include the white gravy for the country fried steak. It's just not the same without the gravy. Not sure who is putting your orders together but attention to detail needs to be addressed.
