I was a little disappointed with my meal, first the toast was so hard and was uneatable. I ordered scrambled eggs and in the photo you can clearly see was not scrambled. It will be a long time before I return. I feel the quality is in a slow decline. Hate to sayit but "CB." is not the same anymore!
Normally I love Cracker Barrel but the food seems to be going downhill. I ordered the Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast today and the sausage was completely raw inside. The country ham had some kind of weird taste. Not sure ill be ordering from there anymore
The chicken tenders were terrible! Way over cooked. Hard as rocks. Very little chicken with dried up coating. I couldn't even chew them. They left a note saying they ran out of chocolate cake. How do I get my money back for the cake??
Food is old and dry. Doesnt seem like they pack fresh food for delivery orders.
This is the second time in a row they you have messed up my order. This time you didn't include the white gravy for the country fried steak. It's just not the same without the gravy. Not sure who is putting your orders together but attention to detail needs to be addressed.
Meatloaf was burnt on the top. carrots were barely cooked, you can't really mess up mashed potatoes. Disappointed to say the least!
all of the items were overcooked. selected sides were left out entirely with no contact made from doordash. the steak fries were all burnt and only a handful were included in the packaging, and there was no bacon on the bacon burger. the gravy from the biscuits and gravy was practically empty on arrival while the chicken and dumplings arrived without selected sides. this has been the worst order we have received, and all of it was mishandled.

the chicken and dumplings were so salty that we couldn't eat them. the chicken looked and tasted like it was from a can.
