Good home cooking Were seated right away even on a Sunday night. Good friendly service. Food was good and HUGE portions. Comfy food at a good price.
Cracker Barrel Comfort Food Comfort food in a country atmosphere. The price is right, the food is good, and the gift shop is fun to browse in or buy from. I love the chicken and dumplings, and the pancake breakfast with cherries on top.
Always reliable, good place to eat You cant beat a cracker barrel for breakfast, which I get even at dinner time. I've had a few of the dinners and I'm always satisfied. It isn't quite home cooking, but for being out on the road it it's pretty good.
Simply Delicious Meatloaf Ordered meatloaf, creamed potatoes and steamed broccoli with cornbread. I'll have to admit the meatloaf was some of the best I've ever eaten. Service was excellent. Would not recommend chicken livers as my spouse found them too dry and fried a little too long. Otherwise excellent overall!
Great service and food on an extremely crowded and busy Valentine's evening From the congenial greeter at the front door, the amazing 97-year-old seater, the friendly and efficient server, to the busy and supportive dining room manager, Brian/Bryan, this Valentine experience was exceptionally positive!
somewhat unique The service is very good, as are the menu items, and they have an elderly little 97 year old hostess named Rita that is still working and going strong... Very amacable., polite and good natured.. She is a bit of a legend.with all the locals. The restraunt is clean, well maintained and the food is good.
Good meal After a long day of travel, we headed to this restaurant for a quick meal. Waitress was extremely attentive although not overly friendly - refilling water without being asked and finally smiling after we complimented her on her attentiveness. I was glad to see healthy choices offered with calorie content - although my oven fried chicken was a bit dry...
The best Cracker Barrel in Florida Sadly, we mainly eat at other cracker Barrels when we travel so do not eat in our home town a lot. I get reminded how nice the Ocala, highway 200 Cracker Barrel is each time we dine. Great long term wait staff.
Love Cracker Barrel While in the Ocala area my husband and I visited Cracker Barrel on a couple of occasions. We have never been disappointed from a small meal to a very hearty one. Server was very pleasant and helpful. Varied menu always has something to take care of your hunger pains. When in doubt, Cracker Barrrel.
