Food was excellent. Setup was great. Office loved having Cracker Barrel as an option for their lunch.
Everyone was happy with the breakfast selection and said that it tasted wonderful!

Almost Every Storm I order Cracker Barrell cause I want our Linemen to have a good hardy meal, they work 16+ hours restoring power for days. This time it was a disapointment, Chicken was too done almost to the point of being burnt. The mac and cheese was gritty and burnt on top, the peach cobbler was like they opened a can of peaches and put a square pastry on top, the pastry was hard and the guys said the peaches almost tasted sour. On an up note the meatloaf was excellent.
So food was good but no serving utensils were delivered hard to do sausage gravy with no spoons at all. Food was also cold .

I have never had to leave a bad review, but the experience with Cracker Barrel was not good. Half of my order went to another location and because it was lunch time the manager was too busy to help fix the situation. However, the EZ Cater representative was so patient and kind going back and forth between talking to me and trying to reach a resolution with the manager. Needless to say, we canceled the order and I had to leave and find an alternative for my lunch. I hope to give them another try in the future. Thanks to EZCat... read more
