We were excited to try the new Cracker Barrel in Annapolis and were seated quickly, which started things off well. Unfortunately, the rest of our visit didn’t go smoothly. Our waitress argued about where the hostess had placed the high chair and kept our group of five at a very small table, that was overrun with plates by half way through. This place is very unorganized. It should never opened up. The inside is just a disaster. It is set up improperly. It’s just a real mess then the servers there’s no servers when they bring you your food. You only have half of the food it takes maybe 40 to 50 minutes to get your food they keep on trying to push coffee and water and biscuits on you. Went on opening day for lunch with my daughter. Beautiful decor. Although very busy, the wait was reasonable. Refreshing to see all of the smiling faces from the staff and managers, from the hostess to the server to the managers that checked in. Shout out to our server Whitney who was super friendly and fun! It was her first day and as she is learning she still kept a smile on her face and remained positive. Food was great! We will return often with this type of service!
They officially opened on Jennifer Rd 12 days ago. With that being said you need to expect to wait at least a half an hour maybe longer depending on time of day you’re going. It was worth it service and food were great. I recommend if you don’t have the app to get it do you can join the waitlist in route. Highly recommend and looking forward to my next visit!!
Drove past the other day and noticed the store was finally open! Came here with my husband and son for dinner and we had a great time. Our server Addy was super sweet and very attentive, giving us a very good experience! She made a lot of good recommendations I enjoyed and will come back again because of how nice she was! Telling my friends to come by also!
