I called Dr Arive with a specific issue that was causing me pain. Dr Arive took time to listen to my concerns, he answered them clearly and knowledgeably, and he was professionally compassionate. Appreciated Dr. Arive, although being short on staff that day, that took time to discuss procedures that might be addressed. Also the receptionist had a birthday card for me which she presented when my appointment was over. I was very surprised and pleased.
Another great cleaning experience thanks to Ingrid. It was my first time with Ingrid but she made me feel like old friends in a very short while. I also got some good care tips from her about my teeth. You can teach an old dog new tricks! It’s always a pleasure visiting with Dr. Arive. He always makes you feel comfortable and well cared for.
