Craig kept in excellent communication with us (and we needed a LOT of communication in our situation) the entire time. He also completely and totally helped us with all of the issues we had (and we had many) during our refi. He was super supportive, and made this rather difficult process as easy and as smooth as possible. We really appreciate his time and attention to get us through our refinance process. His understanding and patience was incredibly helpful and appreciated.
