Was by far the very worst loan experience I have ever had. Repeated requests for information already provided, terrible communication fake extra forms to fill out. They even “misplaced” the copy of my drivers license. I expect after the terrible service identity theft is next. Would never consider using them again. Would not have completed the loan process if they had not been the only option for my daughter to get the house she wanted. The very worst possible experience. -10 stars.
Craig doesn't response well. I wasn't able to communicate with him on my side. When I have something to ask, I have to contact sales officer to ask him to contact Craig because he never answers the direct call. Process was very slow and he was not professional and not responsible.
it should not take 30 days for red flags to turn green. I mean if you need something from a customer just ask. last minute documents are un necessary if you just communicate.
