Jennifer Reese made sure I was updated every step of the way. She called to check on how my physical therapy and other appointments were going. Answered any questions I had and quickly responded to my emails. The car accident did a number on my life as well as impacting my ability to care for my children. The other drivers insurance company originally offered me "a few hundred dollars for your inconvenience" but Craig Swap and Associates were able to get me more than that. I was involved in a car accident October 2nd 2015. My car was totalled & my right foot, ankle & leg were severely damaged due to pressing on my break to avoid collision. I went from crutches, to walking boot, to special made orthopedic inserts to aleve my pain. After many orthopedic & physician visits (with no relief) I found a podiatry specialists whom has determined surgery is in order for me to be able to walk again with no pain. Roger Ermola and Alicia Duffy are the greatest. This was my first( and hopefully last) car wreck. They kept me updated and informed every step about the process, progress and time frame. I thought the insurance was going to lowball me and leave me in debt but they didn't let it happen. They kept on them and dealt with my pestering them and when all was said and done I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need.
