RJ and Holly were amazing! They handled everything wonderfully. They took the stress of dealing with the insurance company off of me, so I could concentrate on my recovery. I would recommend anyone to them if they were in an accident.

I was in an accident in August 2016 I knew i needed an attorney that would make sure I would get my medical bills and other expediencies taken care. I contacted Craig Swapp in Spokane Washimgton. I was given an appointment to see Roger Ermola II and was told he would take my case. I was treated with the upmost respect and concern by both Roger Ermola and his legal secretary Alicia Duffy throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Roger Ermola and Graig Swapp to any one that has been in an accident.

I'll write another review when my case is finished in the next month. But so far, Over the months and months we have worked together I have really loved working with Craig Swap. They have stayed in really close touch. Every time I ask them to take care of something it is taken care of within minutes. They have even called to just see how I was doing, no "okay Now you have to do this or we need you to do that..." attached. I'm so glad I chose them.
