Needed and attorney so I called in. Talked to a lady but never got a call back. Called back and spoke with Raine....that lady not only listened but called right back and got the ball rolling the same day!!!! was in an auto injury accident, rear ended. severe whiplash causing neck injury. was referred to C. Swapp by a friend. I know right? everybody makes fun of ambulance chasers. I was involved in an accident in May, 2018 about 2-3 weeks later I met with a paralegal who told me my case would be difficult, but assured me I could leave it in their hands, they'd delve in and get the info they needed to make a case, and they'd get back with me. The Craig Swapp team especially Lisa Summers was a great support during a horrible experience. If I have learned anything from my accident is don't get into one lol!Because even if it isn't your fault the insurance companies are the Devil but everyone has to have it or else it can be a lot worse.

Quit blaming truck drivers. When 95 % of Accidents between a car and a truck is the cars fault

At Craig Swapp & Associates we certainly make sure that in every accident the insurance of the at-fault party is held responsible, regardless of whether that vehicle was a car, truck, motorcycle, etc. We understand the rights of truck drivers and respect the difficulties they face when drivers of smaller vehicles don't respect the space around trucks.
