Absolutely horrible! I moved in to this apartment complex in March, and within 5 months I have lost hot water 7 times so far. I cannot get out of my lease early, and they basically told me it was my responsibility to know if the hot water goes out, and if it does, that I need to call them to have it fixed every time. This is a long term issue and they refuse to correct the problem. DEFINITELY NOT renewing my lease!
