Sugar Creek was great. The merger may have saved the other failing vet, but now they have a nice new building to pay for so prices are jacked up higher than any other good vets. Good luck paying for it with no customers.
Very disappointed. My pup has been going to Sugar Creek for the last 17 years. She is on prescription medicine and one other prescription. I have never had an issue until recently when they have made it VERY difficult to obtain. They are essentially making everyone buy through their own pharmacy, instead of some place like Chewy, and each one is $20 on top of what I can get it online. I've been with Sugar Creek AH for over 15years and they've always treated us with respect. We had a visit at the new location and we won't be back.
