Thank you Joe at Creative Carpet for your exceptional patience, customer service, carpet selection, and problem-solving skills. Our cat used to scratch our old carpet and ruined it, so Joe worked with me to overcome this challenge and find a solution that would look great in the room, and hold up despite the cat. There are not enough good things I can possibly say about Creative Carpet. This is the only place I would go for carpeting or hardwood floors. They installed carpeting in two different condo units for me several years ago and did a fantastic job. When I was looking to convert to hardwood floors they were my first choice and did not disappoint!! I also purchased an area rug which I am always getting complimented on. We had a great experience with Joe @Create Carpet. Joe was extremely helpful, honest and helpful. He explained all the options to us, costs of various options and allowed us to take samples home so we can think about color schemes etc and match with our walls. They showed us on time and the installation was perfect. It was a pleasure dealing with Joe and his team. Highly recommended.

Creative Carpets never seems to disappoint. We’ve had them do our family room, our basement and now all of our bedrooms. They are efficient, clean, prompt, provide perfect installation and great carpet with a fabulous price. Will continue doing business with them as long as we are in the area.

A friend had carpet installed a few years back, so when I decided to have carpet installed in my living room and dining room, (and linoleum in the kitchen and bath), I went straight to Creative Carpet. Recently I had been experiencing some discoloration in the linoleum. Andy came to take a look, and he replaced the flooring at no cost!
