Americor/Credit 9 has done a wonderful job of helping me get out of debt. My cards were all negotiated and settled within 2 years. This was faster than whatever I expected. I still have some money to pay to Credit 9 since they loaned me the last bit to pay off the last of the cards. I have called customer support several times to make changes to my payments. They have always been vert courteous and helpful.
