I have mixed feelings about the initial setup procedures, but they followed up on a problem I had with some missing money far beyond anything I could have expected. It turns out that the money wasn't missing, I hadn't talked to the right person at my bank. If your bank agrees to accepting a third party check, this is the place to be. They were able to reduce the amount of money I was spending each month on CC bills and personal loans significantly.
My credit score has jumped 12 points in the 2 months that I have been with this company.

OUTSTANDING THEY HELP ME WITH MY CARE CREDIT CUT BILL IN 1/2
I have been a member since October 2013. Without Credit Guard, I would not have been able to pay off my credit card debt in 2 and a half years. I agree with a previous comment that there was a monthly fee that was not discussed when I called Credit Guard, but it was not in addition to the payment that was quoted, so I had no problem with that (it is a business and they need to get paid too).
