I am/was a resident of this facility Under staffed and staff that is in place have attitudes and are not held accountable. Management is horrible starting the administrator. When you try to get a resolution, either it is no call back or "we are aware . . ." which means we don't care. Activities needs a major over haul starting with a manager that has a hands on approach and brings new life to the department and not something that only a few are interested in: happy hour, casino. I am a friend or relative of a resident My dad was at Michiana Health and Rehab, and I was actually very disappointed with this place. I heard that they had changed ownership, so it may not be the same anymore. Their rooms were just like hospital rooms. Their care was very poor. The building itself was amazing; it was a very new structure and beautiful, but the way they were running it at that time was really horrible.
