We have lived inSkyline building for 5 years and love where we live. Of course there are little issues that come up but when reported to office they are resolved quickly. Being a retired realtor I have recommended our buildings to both friends, family and past clients. We are extremely happy where we live!!

Property management has significantly improved. The individuals who were here when the building opened were terrible. I love having the option to use Zenbase to split rent payments. Any issues I have ever had, which have been seldom, are always addressed in a timely manner.

Ashley was a great help. As usual everything that can go wrong did but was quickly fixed except what Telus did to our tv and phones. Gave us a new number but didn’t tell us. Problems are being resolved and we can settle in and enjoy our new home.

We are happy here! We like our suite, we like Trevor and Michelle and find they reply to our inquiries pleasantly and promptly! Our only drawback is we’re on the bottom floor on the end wall and unfortunately every spring, for three years we have had an ant infestation that we have to report and then wait for Pest Control to come!

Michelle, Trevor, Sandra are all amazing. I love living at Creekview Heights and if there is ever any issues, it’s dealt with right away. I highly recommend living here.

Many areas to improve, cleanliness in halls and elevator and smoking areas restrictions. There are some residents smoking in unauthorized areas, just in front of the office btw
