DONT DO IT If I could give them less than 1 star I definitely would. We signed an month lease and couldnt be happier that we are now out of there. While there were no issues with crime or violence in the complex the office staff is sorry and incompetent for lack of better words. The owner suddenly wanted the unit back after we had to challenge their intelligence a few times because they allowed our alarm to go off after we had given them the disarm code every time we needed to submit a work order. over priced dream Rent is high. neighbors are rude and careless. staff is short and not helpful unless your talking about paying your rent. p.s it would be nice to have the pool fixed in the hot months. whats the point on having it in October. reallly nice job guys.
