Seems to be more concerned about money than the animal - services are very expensive and they are very vague over the telephone over costs.
My pet Fish died from an infection yesterday, I tried my best to do whatever was possible to get my pet better . Called many places and was given advice by various experts saying that a VET would help me with a prescription of antibiotic for my sick fish( makes sense). So I proceeded to call around my local vets . The feedback I got from this place was very unhelpful , their reason is that they need to see the sick fish ( point taken but hardly realistic) .
