I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Everything's was fine at Brookdale Titusville. I'm happy with it. The people were very nice, very helpful, and pleasant. My mother enjoys the food very much. It's an older community, but it's very clean. It looks safe and friendly.

I am a friend or relative of a resident Brookdale Titusville is immaculate. My dad has a very big one-bedroom apartment all to himself with appliances, a washer and dryer, stove, and everything. The people are dynamite. Dad’s experience has been really great. It was an easy move in. He’s been there for about two weeks and is very happy. The staff is wonderful. I know the staff is pretty quick in helping out because when I accidentally pressed the help button, they were there in a matter 15 to 20 seconds.

I am a friend or relative of a resident My mom is in Brookdale Titusville. We chose it because of the cost and the convenience. It is literally across the street from us. We look at the place, and it is better than the place she was in before. I will recommend it. I will get in there myself. Everybody I meet so far is fine. It is pretty high end. For what it is, it is actually more affordable than the place that she was in before, yet it is, I think 3 or 4 times better.

I visited this facility Sand Point is more expensive -- about $1400 more a month than the other facility we went to. They had a pool, and it was beautiful. They have their own apartment place, and then they also have an assisted living kind of place where it’s more like a nursing home; there are nurses in the center, and then there were like rooms like hospital rooms around it. They were there 24/7. They have so many amenities, and the dining room was lovely with table cloths. They have a pool, shuffleboard, all kinds of ind... read more

I am a friend or relative of a resident My father had cancer and declined very rapidly. He has already passed away, but the care he received was excellent at Sand Point. He responded well. Since he was there such a short time, we had meals delivered to his room, and they would send him whatever he wanted. He was down there not being able to swallow very well, and then we had hospice come in. He had an ostomy bag which had to be changed or emptied every two hours every day, so that was a lot of care and service. It happened q... read more

I visited this facility I visited Sand Point. It's just around the corner from where I live. It was beautiful. It just looked very nice and clean. The dining room was large and looked comfortable.

I visited this facility Sand Point was too institutional for my taste, although the staff was very pleasant. The room I saw there was barely enough for one person. I would tell others to go see this place and not discourage them from looking at it because I'm sure for some, it would be a comfortable place. However, it just did not meet what I needed.

I visited this facility The lady who toured me around at Sand Point showed me an apartment and I honestly was impressed with the place. They have a long waiting list and it looks like it would take probably a couple of years for somebody to get there. I just think assisted living right now is not just for me, but I have no negativity with the facility.
