4 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality After picking up the car I realized the windshield sprayers had not been reinstalled. I had to make another trip back to Crest to do so. On the return trip, the caps on the roof rack came off. They had not been secured properly. I am still waiting for the collision center to replace. Itâs been going on 3 weeks now. 4 Star : Customer Service Overall customer service was good.
