5 Star : My Experience Great service by the associate. I was VERY happy to have a loaner car. It was very needed. I was disappointed it took so long to get acces to the loaner car which delayed my repairs by 3 weeks. My hope for the future is additional loaner cars available for customer use to speed up the process.
