I called Crest when I was in the market to lease a 2020 QX60 and was transferred to DJ. I was short on time that day and he was able to get me the deal I wanted very quickly. I would use DJ again in the future!

I really didn’t think I was going to buy/lease another Infiniti as I just had one for 3 years and one before that for 13 years. I was about to buy a Lexus. Ben is a genuinely nice person. I contacted him about buying a car he had in inventory in Frisco. He offered to drive it to me the next day (Saturday) in Austin. This would be like a 9 hour round trip for him. I found out that he had two kids at home and that he was going to have to leave after work. I felt really bad because he was so willing to go so far out of his way to get me the car. In the end, I wouldn’t let him do it. It just showed me what a great individual he is.
