The dealership and service area are top notch. The issues I had were the online tracker and lack of communication by the service rep. My car was kept a week and the tracker never indicated that it was being worked until the day before they stated it was complete. The Service Advisor never called me to provide updates. I brought the car in on a Wednesday, I called for a status on Friday, Saturday and on Monday. I was notified of NTF and told to come get it. No communication is my complaint.
