I am always greeted with a smile from Ira. The gentleman that help me are bery kind and explain all the services my car will be needing.
Service was great, didn't have to wait too long. However they have a new policy of charging 3% if you use a credit card and they didn't share that information until I was checking out. I believe Infiniti should make the customer aware when scheduling appointment for service.fortunately I had my debit card on me, so it worked out.
Everything went smooth and they provided a loaner car.
