The main reason I've been such a long-time customer? People like Blake Jenkins & Randy Nabors. Both are incredibly service minded and awesome to work with. They take the time to explain what is happening and to walk me through options so that I don't feel frustrated and uncertain about what's next. I am a huge fan and will keep coming back because of their excellent service and because they care.
The service was fine, I just wish there was something in place to actually notify customers win something needs to be reprogrammed, especially when it's as serious as this where I was left broken down on the side of the road
