Car maintenance was handled satisfactory. Waited in Customers waiting room for vehicle and my Service Advisor came about 45 minutes later to tell me my vehicle was ready. Went and paid my bill and Service Advisor walked me to my vehicle. Vehicle had been washed and vacuumed inside. Very pleased with Crest Infinite.
The service at this dealership is impeccable. I traded my lease for a used car. A couple of weeks later I had to take it in. The GM Darin Partin waived all fees for all repairs - parts, labor, diagnostic. Then he hears me say I need to sort out transpiration for a business trip and the puts me into a brand new Infiniti QX 60 for the trip. These folks will make it right. Its amazing.

I used the express service and waited while the alignment was done. Crest offered to do the complimentary wash, however the car had just been detailed the day before. I was told it should take at most an hour and a half, but I was out the door in a little over a hour.
