Crest took my car in at 5:15pm as I drove through the Service Area in a panic because my car would barely start. They replaced the battery under warranty, and I was on my way by 7:00pm. THANKS CREST! YOU ROCK!
Service is at best average. This is supposed to be a "high end" vehicle service department. Have not been impressed since we purchased our Infiniti.
EXCELLENT and FAST... everything was completed and checked, and I even received a follow up call the next day to see if everything was good.
Really well managed Dealership and maintenance/Services Team to handle our requests properly.

Some good some not so good
Fast and smooth was kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle and had a good breakfast while I waited.
A couple of days after the tire rotation- my tire light went on. i understand the temperature had dropped but all my tires were 26, 27. There is no way that Infiniti could have put air in the tires- considering the pressure is supposed to be at 34. I was upset to think i thought it had been done. I then had to return to Infinii- where they added air to all 4 tires. Very dissapointing- Debra miller
