Great experience My process was a little tougher owning a business and having tougher credit, Rick came up with a game plan and we moved forward, took a littler longer than he had hoped but we got it done.

great experience and the process went smooth The entire process went smoothly and was completed very quickly. We had our mortgage with Crest before and were doing a refinance. Out Crest agent, Michelle Lambros was very professional and very responsive. She stayed on top of the process and kept me informed along the way.
