Mario is amazing. He's prompt in his responses and was in constant communication with me about my repair. I've never had a service rep give me his cell in case I had questions or concerns, and I did due to dealing with an insurance claim. Very thankful for his help. This experience was service at its best!

I loved my experience with Crest Nissan! I don't think I've ever been treated more like family at any dealership. Crest Nissan was a wonderful experience and the buying experience was so easy and didn't require all my time. I will definitely recommend Crest to all my family and friends!!

Service Advisor, Luis, is always a pleasure to work with. Did a thorough job of making sure all my concerns were addressed before taking my keys to get the car serviced. Communication was excellent about the progress of the work. The car was cleaned and ready to go when I arrived for the pick up. Plus, they had replaced the battery in my key fob.

Overall a good experience. I personally don't like the haggling of purchasing a car esp while at the dealership. I found a vehicle and had everything completed before coming to dealership excpet the test drive which is backwards but worked for me!
