The Crest Volvo service department is excellent and Lynn Ford always provides the best customer service. My Volvo is in excellent hands at Crest Volvo. I’ve been using them for over 10 years and am on my 3rd Volvo.

Crest Volvo and Tim Warner were so helpful. He was texting me back and forth on different options / offers. He really made the whole experience easy, fast, and comfortable. Especially being a single mom, car shopping can be daunting. Tim made it super easy! Skye was wonderful too at helping set up the technology! I even brought my mom back in 2 days later to buy a certified Volvo. The 2 finance guys we had were really great too.

I have not yet purchased from this dealership, but I have had my current Volvo serviced and their service department is courteous and efficiently run. If you’re dropping off before work and have an appointment, they will be ready and have you on your way in no time. Ally is the BEST service advisor; ask for her. I had a 10k mile service done as well as a battery issue looked at under warranty, which turned out to be related to my needing to perform a software update and both times the team got finished quickly.
