Quality, Efficient, Friendly, and Knowledgeable Service Barry and his team (Scott and Jeremy) at Crest Volvo Cars are the best. We inquired online about a used vehicle and quickly received a response. When we arrived to the dealership we were greeted by several warm faces. Pleasant and classy. Everyone listened to my concerns and responded appropriately. We were all on "same page". This made the process much better and easier. The people I dealt with were all "good people".
Review New Car Buying Alycia was fantastic. She is not pushy and is very knowledgeable in with the product. She is extremely detailed and worked with us to find what we were lokkkbg for in an SUV and price. I would definitely recommend doing business with Alycia and Crest Volvo.
Thorough work Brought my car in as it two days in a row had a completely discharged battery. At the initial test nothing wrong was found, but they kept the car, giving me a loaner for 5 days to try to reproduce it. In the end it turned out to be a intermittent short circuit in the battery.

Professional dealership When looking for a new Volvo XC60, my path took me the way of Costco. Although I live in Houston, Crest dealership was the closest vendor to my home and I made several enquiries about a possible vehicle. I ended up having to order one from a local dealership in Houston, but the care, persistence, and genuine expertise that Crest showed me was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Alycia as my salesperson.

Fast and good Keith was very professional and polite. Knowledgeable on all areas. The only thing not do was my maintenance light was still on. Other than that it was all completely done to my satisfaction.

Best Dealership Service Department Ever Crest Volvo really takes their service department seriously! I bought a Certified Pre-owned Volvo which had some minor issues. I have owned many high end cars in the past, but no service department has ever worked so hard and so quickly to make me really, really happy. They were wonderful, and made me a believer! I look forward to being a Crest Volvo customer for life!

Get Jay and he will take care of you Bought a car back few months ago. Jay Zoubi took care of the purchase back then. Went back trying to find Jay as I was quite happy w him..It was unfortunate that he was not available when I came. Even then, when he showed up (AND is injured from a game)...he still went above and beyond to help me even though he was NOT the sales agent for my second purchase.
